The G090G1L Heavy Duty Progressive Cavity Pump is ideal for abrasive pumping applications such as (RAS) Raw Activated Sludge removal in water treatment facilities. The G090G1 has a flow rate of 90 gallons/100 revolutions @ 293 to 405 GPM coupled to its high temperature resistance of up to 350° degrees Fahrenheit.
The pump rotor is made from hardened tool steel or corrosion-resistant stainless steel and then coated with hard chrome plating for increased life. The Pump stator is injection molded rubber.
The G090G1L is a standard ANSI flanged pump design manufactured with high strength cast Iron or 316 Stainless Steel pump casings and designed in 1, 2 and up to 4 stages for 85, 170, and 350 psi discharge pressures. The pumps positive sealed universal joints are heavy-duty gear joints that keep the lubricant in and dirt and other foreign contaminants out during operation.
