The 1F036G1L Heavy Duty Progressive Cavity Pump is ideal for high viscosity liquid transfer and waste solids such as crude oil transfer applications in oil refineries. The 1F036G1L's flow rate of 36 gallons to 162 GPM coupled to its high temperature resistance of up to 350° Fahrenheit makes it an ideal solution for your industrial heavy-duty pumping needs.
The 1F036G1L is a standard ANSI flanged pump design manufactured with high strength cast Iron or 316 Stainless Steel pump casings and designed in 1, 2 and up to 4 stages for 85, 170, and 350 psi discharge pressures. The pumps positive sealed universal joints are heavy-duty gear joints that keep the lubricant in and dirt and other foreign contaminants out during operation.
The pump rotor is made from hardened tool steel or corrosion-resistant stainless steel and then coated with hard chrome plating for increased life. Special wear coatings like titanium or other exotic coatings are available upon request. Please contact us if you have questions about the flow rate of a particular pump model before ordering.
