Buna Nitrile Stator/CP Steel Rotor/Packing Seal
The E022G1L's flow rate of 22 gallons/100 revolutions @ 55 to 99 GPM coupled to its high temperature resistance of up to 350° Fahrenheit is ideal for heavy and abrasive sludge's, greases and slurries in sewage and industrial plants as well as oil, paper and mining pumping needs.
The Millennium series starts with a heavy-duty cast iron bearing frame and large bearings to transmit heavy work loads easily and provide long service life. The pumps positive sealed universal joints are heavy-duty gear joints that keep the lubricant in and dirt and other foreign contaminants out during operation.
The pump rotor is made from hardened tool steel or corrosion-resistant stainless steel and then coated with hard chrome plating for increased life. The Pump stator is injection molded Buna Nitrile rubber.
