The G065G1L Progressive Cavity Pump is ideal for pumping high viscosity liquids and heavy solids such as (WAS) Waste Activated Sludge Removal in water treatment facilities. The G065G1L's flow rate of 65 gallons to 293 GPM is coupled to a high temperature resistance of up to 350° Fahrenheit.
The Millennium series heavy-duty cast iron bearing frame and large bearings transmit heavy work loads easily and provide long service life. The pumps positive sealed universal joints are heavy-duty gear joints that keep the lubricant in and dirt and other foreign contaminants out during operation.
The pump rotor is made from hardened tool steel or corrosion-resistant stainless steel and then coated with hard chrome plating for increased life. The Pump stator is injection molded rubber which is available in many rubber compounds such as natural rubber and EPDM.
