The 2G065G1L Heavy Duty Progressive Cavity Pump is ideal for high viscosity liquids and heavy waste solids such as (WAS) Waste Activated Sludge Removal. The 2G065G1L's flow rate of 65 to 293 GPM coupled to its high temperature resistance of up to 350° Fahrenheit give it long durability and usage in your facility.
The 2G065G1L is a standard ANSI flanged pump design manufactured with high strength cast Iron or 316 Stainless Steel pump casings and designed in 1, 2 and up to 4 stages for 85, 170, and 350 psi discharge pressures.
The Millennium series heavy-duty cast iron bearing frame and large bearings transmit heavy work loads easily and provide long service life. The pumps positive sealed universal joints are heavy-duty gear joints that keep the lubricant in and dirt and other foreign contaminants out during operation.
The pump rotor is made from hardened tool steel or corrosion-resistant stainless steel and then coated with hard chrome plating for increased life. The Pump stator is injection molded rubber which is available in many rubber compounds such as natural rubber and EPDM.
