Buna Nitrile Stator/CP Steel Rotor/Packing Seal

The Millennium E022G1L is a heavy-duty progressive cavity pump ideal for heavy and abrasive sludge's, greases and slurries in sewage and industrial plants as well as oil, paper and mining applications with its flow rate of 22 gallons to 99 GPM coupled to its high temperature resistance of up to 350° Fahrenheit.

The E022G1L is a standard ANSI flanged pump design manufactured with high strength cast Iron and is designed in 1, 2 and up to 4 stages for 85, 170, 350 psi discharge pressures. Standard suction and discharge flange size for the E022G1L is 6".

The pump rotor is made from hardened tool steel or corrosion-resistant stainless steel and then coated with hard chrome plating for increased life. The Pump stator is injection molded rubber.
