Buna Nitrile Stator/CP Steel Rotor/Packing Seal
The Millennium 2F036G1L Progressive Cavity Pump's flow rate of 36 gallons/100 revolutions @ 100 to 162 GPM coupled to its high temperature resistance of up to 350° degrees is ideal for heavy-duty pumping applications such as high viscosity liquids and heavy waste solids found in waste-treatment and biosolids removal processes.
The Millennium series starts with a heavy-duty cast iron bearing frame and large bearings to transmit heavy work loads easily and provide long service life. The pumps positive sealed universal joints are heavy-duty gear joints that keep the lubricant in and dirt and other foreign contaminants out during operation.
The pump rotor is made from hardened tool steel or corrosion-resistant stainless steel and then coated with hard chrome plating for increased life. The Pump stator is injection molded Buna Nitrile rubber.
