The E012G1L Heavy-Duty Progressive Cavity Pump is a heavy-duty progressive cavity pump for difficult pumping applications such as heavy and abrasive sludges, greases and slurries as well as oil, paper and mining pumping needs. With a flow rate of 12 gallons to 54 GPM coupled to its high temperature resistance of up to 350°F makes it an ideal solution for your industrial heavy-duty pumping needs.
The Millennium series heavy-duty cast iron bearing frame and large bearings transmit heavy work loads easily and provide long service life. The pumps positive sealed universal joints are heavy-duty gear joints that keep the lubricant in and dirt and other foreign contaminants out during operation.
The pump rotor is made from hardened tool steel or corrosion-resistant stainless steel and then coated with hard chrome plating for increased life. The Pump stator is injection molded rubber which is available in many rubber compounds such as natural rubber and EPDM.
